We will still ship items as soon as the collection or item becomes available (usually within 1-2 weeks). Once your order is sent you will receive a confirmation email. If you have additional questions, please contact us!
if our item is out-of-stock check in again within the week to see if it’s restocked or up for preorder again!

Available Shipping Services

We use USPS and UPS to ship your packages & shipping is calculated at checkout depending on location and weight.

We provide free standard shipping on orders $150+

Consider getting redo at checkout so if you need to return or exchange then you can ship it back for free without having to pay for a shipping label. For more information on shipping labels, please see returns & shipping policies.

Returns

At Rose & Aster, we want you to love your pieces. If something doesn’t work out, you can return it for store credit within 7 days of delivery-and shipped within 3 days of approval.
Store credit never expires and can be used on any future drop. 🤍
Because we’re a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds — thank you for supporting our dream!

Return labels are super easy — just request one and we’ll email it right to you.
A small return-shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.

Shipping

exchanges

We accept exchanges but the buyer is responsible for shipping labels unless you get redo at checkout.

With Redo: Enjoy free unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed, and send it back for free if it doesn’t work. Exchanges are also offered if you need a different size. This is only compatible with our website at this time.

Without Redo: You will still return like normal and can purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates, saving you time and money! If you do not have redo then email us for a discounted shipping label for exchanges as well!

Cancellations

  • We do not cancel orders or make edits once placed.
  • The only way your order can be canceled is if it is canceled for store credit.

Please Note:

We are available during standard business hours, Monday through Friday (MST) - weekends are for rest and relaxation with family! 

Estimated delivery dates are just that - estimates! They might shift a little during sales, holidays, or other busy times.
